Who We Are
Reality Compliance was founded by Chris Yates in 2011 and provides bespoke compliance and business services to firms directly authorised by the FCA.
Having previously worked for one of the larger compliance providers, Chris recognised there was an element of frustration for many firms and a clear need for a much more personal compliance service. We do not just leave firms with a list of action points. We will work closely with you, both onsite and remotely, to help you find solutions and then assist with their implementation.

We are happy to engage with all types of financial services firms and we hold the relevant qualifications to advise on all types of business.
Reality Compliance are pension transfer specialists. We receive referrals from other compliance providers and also provide compliance services to networks in this highly complex area.

Chris began his compliance career on the personal pension review and has 26 years experience in the industry. He is recognised as a pension specialist and is a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society.

Sarah Adshead
Office Manager
Sarah brings to the team over 27 years’ experience in the financial services industry and has a wide breadth of industry and product knowledge. Before joining us in 2019, Sarah was employed as an officer manager for a chartered financial planning firm for 10 years and is used to the demands of running a busy office.
